Colleen and I worked together at Overton’s (an affiliate of Camping World) for over 14 years. She reported to me for most of that time, while she worked her way up from entry-level Designer to Art Director of our design and photography teams. This rapid rise is indicative of all the creative skills that her profession requires, as well as an uncommon understanding of overall business operations in an ever-changing retail and e-commerce marketing environment. Due to this excellent business acumen, she was also a key player on many cross-functional teams that drove the brand vision, marketing strategy and customer experience. She has excellent organizational and project management skills that tied in the needs of other departments with the schedules of her team on multiple, simultaneous projects.
